Service Description
We provide musical equipment repair, setup, and maintenance services. The specific services available are described on our Services page. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of feasibility.
Service Requests
When you submit a service request through our website, you are requesting an initial assessment. We will review your request and respond with information about availability, estimated timelines, and any additional details we need.
A service request does not constitute a binding contract until we have agreed to proceed with the work and you have accepted our terms.
Pricing and Payment
Prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary based on the specific condition of your equipment and the work required. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before service commencement. We reserve the right to require payment in advance for certain services.
Equipment Assessment
We will conduct a thorough assessment of your equipment before beginning any repair work. If we discover issues beyond the scope of your original request, we will contact you to discuss options and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work.
Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair work performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts we have installed. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents after the repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues unrelated to the work we performed
- Equipment that has been modified by others after our service
Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution when handling your equipment, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing hidden defects or issues that become apparent only after work has commenced.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, missed performances, or other indirect losses.
Equipment Collection and Return
Equipment left with us for repair must be collected within 30 days of notification that the work is complete. After this period, storage fees may apply. Equipment left uncollected for more than 90 days may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.
